How to obtain a new Property ID Online – Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Login

The first step is to visit the site https://ulbharyana.gov.in/ Next, enter your mobile number and then click on login. An OTP will be generated using the mobile number entered. The OTP has to be entered, which is a 6- 6-digit number. After entering the OTP, one has to click on verify OTP and Submit.

Step 2: Search Property

The property which has been registered under your name will appear on the screen. On the screen, there will be various options like search property, download NDC, RE- Print Challan, etc. In order to search Property ID one can use District, Municipality, Colony, Property ID, Owner Name, or Mobile Number. One should click on the search option after entering the available details. In the next window, the list of all the properties with all their details will be displayed.

Step 3: Creating A New Property ID

If one is unable to find a Property ID or doesn’t have one, they can create a new one; for that, one has to click the button at the bottom, “Please Click Here,” which will be at the right corner of the page. One would be required to read all the terms and conditions and then agree to them by clicking on the button to proceed.

Step 4: Identifying the Property

The page will be directed to a new page where one will be required to fill in the details to generate a new Property ID. It would be started by selecting the name of the district, municipality, and colony where the property has been located. The map, along with the colony boundary of the selected locality will appear ahead. After this, one would have to identify and locate the property on the map, then put the pointer on the property and mark it, and then the last click on next to proceed.

Step 5: Filing out Details

In the next step, select the ownership type of the property. The owner’s details are to be entered. If there is more than one owner, there is an option to add an owner. The property and construction details are to be entered after this. If there is more than one floor, one can click the add more button and then add the details.

Further, one must upload the documents required to support the application. For easy upload, the documents must be in the format of PDF, JPEG, or PNG.

Next, one has to select the option of a new PID request or a new PID request under the Tatkaal Scheme. If you select a new PID request, the request will be worked on in 10 days without any fee charge. In the case of Tatkaal, the request will be worked on within 2 days with a fee of Rs. 5000.

After this, one has to read the declaration carefully, agree to all the terms, and then click on the submit request button in either of the cases.

Step 6: Application Status

Once all these steps have been completed, the form is submitted, and an OTP will be generated on the mobile number. This will generate an application number, which helps to track the application’s status.

One can check the status of the property ID by going to My Property or the payment tab. For that, one has to enter details like the application number and mobile number, and then the property list will appear on the screen.
