1988’s Motor Vehicles Act

Paying Challan and Fines Online

• Go to the Parivahan page at E-Challan https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/.

Applying for Driving Licence

• Click on the “Apply for New Registration” link on the Vahan Citizen Service page.
• Click “for temporary registered issued vehicles” after that.

• Fill out form 20 according to the guidelines.

• Take a printout of the receipt after paying the fees.
• Schedule a time to visit the RTO.
