  Schedule Call with the Lawyer Customer discusses requirements and specifications of the GPA adjudication.

  Lawyer drafts the General Power of Attorney deed and sends the mail to Client / Agent.

  The General Power of Attorney is verified by the Prinicpal and on ensuring the details are in order is printed in white paper by the Principal abroad and after due execution by the Principal in abroad is presented to the Indian Embassy / High Commission for due attestation.

  The duly attested General Power of Attorney is send to India to the Power Agent to process further.

  On receipt of the General Power of Attorney , Agent coordinates with the Lawyer to Fix an appointment for registration.

  Present General Power of Attorney for Adjudication and produce Photo ID proof & other documents as applicable & as stipulated before SRO.

  signature of the party including the signature of 2 witnesses in the presence of SRO..

  General Power of Attorney is duly adjudicated in the SRO and is collected by the Advocate / Agent along with acknowledgement
